A while ago someone mentioned trying Tuna as a protein that might cause less

allergic problems.

I just learned today that some Tuna may contain milk products. I checked

the cans in my cupboard and found three different cans all with different

ingredients. The one packed in oil was in Soy oil and also contained

?vegetable broth, Even one packed in spring water contained Soy Protein and

?vegetable broth. Luckily for me the one I prefer has only Tuna, spring

water and salt.....

I think I need some lessons in label reading. I know there are a lot of

ingredients hidden by big words. If anyone has any good sites on labels I

would sure appreciate them.

Now that they are labeling everything, I think we need to fight for plain

English....
