Guest guest Posted October 22, 1999 Report Share Posted October 22, 1999 New Delhi Chicken Serves Four 4 boneless chicken breasts ( 0 ) 1 cup mayonnaise ( 4 ) 1/4 cup lemon juice ( 2 for bottled) Salt ( 0 ) 1/2 TBS ginger ( 2 ) 1/2 TBS paprika ( 1.8 ) 2 garlic cloves ( 2 ) 1 tsp. cilantro ( .4 ) 1 tsp. turmeric ( 1.6) 1/2 tsp. cayenne ( .5 ) In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise, lemon juice, ginger, paprika, garlic, cilantro, turmeric and cayenne. Salt the chicken to taste and spread the mayonnaise mixture on all of the chicken. Refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Place the chicken breasts on a foil-lined baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes. Turn the oven to broil and broil the chicken for 3-5 minutes or until brown and crisp. Enjoy!
