Skin Testing

Hi,

Due to adult onset of EG, my skin testing was done as an adult. There seems

to be very little correlatation between the foods I tested allergic to and

what seems to bring on my pain. The thing I had the most violent reaction

to, peas, seems to cause no reaction and pork which I had a minor reaction

to causes stomach upset. It is such a guessing game. I have not had the

blood allergy tests.

On a different note, I received a web site yesterday that sounds like it may

be helpful for medical records. I don't know if the rest of you have the

same problems I do with trying to coordinate doctors so we are all on the

same track. According to the intro you can store your medical records and

test results here and then make them available to ER doctors. I haven't

gone into it far enough to know what else it can do and how you enter the

info. I thought it sounded promising so am including the site so you can

decide for yourselves. I hope it will be helpful.
