Newbie Introduction

Hello, everyone.

I'm new to this list, but not to low carbbing. I started following a low

carbohydrate way of eating (specifically, Atkins) in March of this year

weighing 211 pounds. Now, in mid-October, I weigh 162. My goal weight is

between 135 and 145. I'm not hung up on the actual number. I'll know when I

get there by how I look and feel.

I'm going to the doctor's Monday for bloodwork (my first time since

starting LC) and am really looking forward to seeing the new numbers!

I'm looking forward to meeting all of you, and from learning even more

about low carbohydrate living. (This is not a diet for me, but a way of life.)
