Guest guest Posted November 4, 1999 Report Share Posted November 4, 1999 K - The crackers are awesome!!! I eat them all the time... they are 6g carb - 6g fiber = 0 carbs!!!!!!!!!!!! I probably eat 3-4 servings a day (2 crackers per serving) and i stay in ketosis... You have to order a case of them, but you'll eat them... the number is 1-, you will probably have to leave a message, but will get back to you! They should give me some commission!!!!
