hard boiled eggs

roast beef (oven or pot roast)

roast chicken (whole or pieces)

pork roast

I cook 2 or 3 things on Sundays when I have time, and the rest of the week I

cook something stove top if I'm feeling ambitious, if not, I have no excuses

with meat galore in the fridge just waiting for me. I either eat cold with

a salad or warm it up with some green beans or brocolli. When reheating,

add a dollop of consomme (2.2 carbs per can) to keep it nice and moist. I

put a couple of holes in the top of the can and keep it in the fridge door.
