goes to preschool fulltime and is on a very restricted diet. I pack

him a backpack full of safe foods everyday. I give him much more food than

he needs so that he has several choices. He knows that he will get really

sick if he eats the wrong food, so I never have a problem with him wanting

what the other kids have.

Even when was on the feeding tube, he was in daycare fulltime. He

was only allowed corn and apples for quite a while. I was suprised that he

never showed interest in other kids food. One of the things the teachers did

during this time was to let him do other activities while the kids ate lunch

and snacks.
