Any suggestions, just in case we have to do this. How did you all do it?>> goes to preschool fulltime and is on a very restricted diet. I pack him a backpack full of safe foods everyday. I give him much more food than he needs so that he has several choices. He knows that he will get really sick if he eats the wrong food, so I never have a problem with him wanting what the other kids have. Even when was on the feeding tube, he was in daycare fulltime. He was only allowed corn and apples for quite a while. I was suprised that he never showed interest in other kids food. One of the things the teachers did during this time was to let him do other activities while the kids ate lunch and snacks.
