(I was counting >it as 1 carb per 8 ozs) Does anyone know if there are carbs in tea >bags. So far I have been walking 2.5 miles everyday to try to meet >my Halloween goal. , I just read that 6 oz of tea is .4 carbs. But it also has 19.8 gms of potassium! I guess I'd better start counting those carbs too! Guest guest
>Nat - what kind of tea are you talking about? Is this black tea like >Earl Grey's or English breakfast tea? How about green tea? Or is it >all the same? > >Zoe Actually, my message was refused by the server for a couple of days, so mine was from an old thread, but the tea I looked at was the standard orange pekoe that most tea bags are. For hot tea, I like the Chinese tea. When we go to Chinese restaurants, I can drink the whole pitcher myself.
