Hi all,

I started back on this woe yesterday, It was very hard for me to start up

again, I just didnt want to...so if you feel like falling off it is really

hard to get going again, I have =gained back 5-6 l;bs and not liking it at

all.

The flooding has gone down, but what a sad sad sight to see such damage

around me, for those that are new, I live in eastern NC and hurricane floyd

really flooded us out here, not me but right down the road people have lost

everything, My sister lost at least 1/2 her crop at her garden center.

Sad...I was not in any frame of mind nor did I care about being 15 lbs over

weight durning all of this, All I kept thinking was my god these people

right around me have lost everything and so what if I am 15 lbs over weight

so what, Well I do care because now I have gained some back and I have been

soooo tried and gassy ...I feel so much better on this WOE, so I am back, I

saw ohpra yesterday and was thinking that maybe that diet was for me, has

anyone ever done the cad diet(WOE) ? I deceided that since I am new to

coming back that I would give it a try,being I still have all the cravings

and all, so i will let you know how I make out, how does everyone else feel

about the " reward " meal? They said that if you eat it all in equal portions

that you wont have the cravings? well like I said I started yesterday and I

havent had any yet, even while my sister left a bag of cookies in front of

me today (for 3 hours) while I was cleaning up the pointsetas! so wish me
