Guest guest
I was just wondering if anyone had a problem with the fact that they weigh for than a scale will accurately tell them how much they weigh. I must weigh over 300 pounds cause that is all my scale at work goes to, and I don't like going to the doctor and parading around to all those people there what I weigh. What is the best way to find out if you are surely loosing weight other than seeing the scale or waiting till you have dropped enough to actually weigh on the 300 max. scale?? Thanks. Guest guest
, That depends on what your doing, Most excercise burns fat but also builds muscles and muscles weigh more than fat! If you stick with it you will see it turn around! I promise, Hugs Penny---Ohio 173/156/130 Goal for TG ----- 154 !!!!!!!!Go Dolphins!!!!!!!!!
