The carb count are stright from Dr. A's Carb counting book. 1 pkg SF cranberry jello 0 carbs 1 pkg SF cherry jello 0 carbs 1/2 C. chopped walnuts 9.5 carbs 3/4 C. ground fresh crandberries 7.72 carbs 1/2 C. chopped celery about 2 ribs 3.2 carbs 1 T. lemon Juice 1.2 carbs 1/3 cup Splenda or equivilant 8 carbs 1 C. Hot water 0 carbs 1 C. Cold water 0 carbs Directions Disolve Jello in Hot water making sure all jello is disolved, Add in cold water and lemon juice, chill for 3 hr. In mean time ground cranberries and add sugar to them and let set. Jello should be almost set add all the ingredents together and refidgerate.
