Ok I got the recipe. And going to convert it for us

low carbers. The carb count are stright from Dr. A's

Carb counting book.

1 pkg SF cranberry jello 0 carbs

1 pkg SF cherry jello 0 carbs

1/2 C. chopped walnuts 9.5 carbs

3/4 C. ground fresh crandberries 7.72 carbs

1/2 C. chopped celery about 2 ribs 3.2 carbs

1 T. lemon Juice 1.2 carbs

1/3 cup Splenda or equivilant 8 carbs

1 C. Hot water 0 carbs

1 C. Cold water 0 carbs

Directions

Disolve Jello in Hot water making sure all jello is

disolved, Add in cold water and lemon juice, chill for

3 hr. In mean time ground cranberries and add sugar

to them and let set. Jello should be almost set add

all the ingredents together and refidgerate. Best if

made the day before.

total carbs 29.6

total servings about 8 = 3.7 carbs per serving
