HI! My name is deb mcdowell...and i`m new. Just (re)bought the book and am

starting low/no carb for the 1st time.

I am way dedicated. And way fat, too.

I have low cholesterol. I don`t eat that much. But I`m still FAT. (not really

fat, but too fat!)

I love red, rare meat.....so I thought this eating will would be perfect for

me.

I hate milk. I don`t do sweets. I love cheese (better than sex, IMHO)

I weigh 207, and am 5 ft 9 in. I take size 18 jeans. (And should take size 12)

Don`t own a scale. (i tossed it out, years ago)..but just went to doctor

yesterday, hence I know my weight.

I wouold surely appreciate it, if someone could guide me to what they eat. I

cook daily, for my family, always includes meat......but I`m still wondering

how to replace the " dreaded " potatoe dishes........

Recipes??
