Ya'll I can't believe it but I checked and I am at a trace already even after

the big cheat weekend! Still not sure whether I will weight yet since TOM isn't

here yet. Hoping I am one of the ones who drops pounds after too many carbs!

Today, I had an atkins shake for breakfast, half of wasa cracker w/ cream

cheese, and 3 pork chops for lunch. And lots & lots of water. I was very

suprised to see a trace so soon! But really glad!!!
