Guest guest Posted October 8, 1999 Report Share Posted October 8, 1999 Hi all, since I am new to this (only on my 2nd week ever of Atkins Diet), I would like to know how some of you " been at it for a few months " are doing. I want to see what my " future " looks like. With the holidays coming, I need some incentive to make it through them doing it the low carb way. If I can see through you all that in a few months, there is potential for me to weigh less than I do now, then by all the will power I can muster, I will give it really good try. So, share how much you have lost in a few months time if you will. Also share how long you did the Induction Diet (the 2 weeks or more?) and if you are currently losing on the Ongoing Weight Loss Diet. I will celebrate your successes and it sure would be encouraging to me. I have lost 14 lbs, but have stalled for a few days, but I am a very faithful (so far) Induction dieter. Does stalling occur often? Maybe I should not weigh myself every day. Should I be taking measurements and see the inches off, even if not much weight? And, is anyone else getting sick of eggs???? Maybe I will try some deviled eggs, I just cannot fry another one today. I am drinking a gallon of water a day and taking vitamins. Is there anything else I should be doing?
