Hi Everyone,

I have made some changes on the flyer and am including a new flyer for

everyone. Liz will also change it on the homepage too. I forgot to add

taxes and gratuities on to the extra family members prices, so those are

changed. I also have added $10.00 to the registration fee. It has been

brought up that we present plaques to Dr. Gibbs and Hansen because

they have been supportive of CJD Voice from the beginning, which is a great

idea, but I thought that we couldn't forget the other speakers who came to

speak with us too. So this $10.00 from everyone will help fund thank-you's

for coming to the conference. For those of you who have already sent your

registrations in I will even up with you at the conference. Hope all of

you are making your plans to come, I have had many inquiries about the

conference, and will send out the agenda when all speakers have confirmed

they are coming.

Indiana University is approximately 1 hour south of Indianapolis. There is

shuttle service to and from the Indiana Memorial Union and also car rental

at the Indianapolis International Airport. The shuttle runs 9 times a day 7

days a week. $18.00 per person, one way and $30.00 per person round trip.

It has to be reserved. 1-..Bloomington Shuttle Service.

There is also Monroe County Airport which is 20 minutes from Indiana

Memorial Union, for charter and private aircrafts.

We will have a block of 50 rooms at the Indiana Memorial Union. They have

quoted us a group rate of $80.00 per night, double...plus tax, which is 10%

right now. Two double beds $94.00 and two queen beds $99.00.

Rental of up to two meeting rooms would be waived based on 30 or more guest

rooms used per night. The Dogwood room, which is 736 sq. ft. rents for

$185.00 a day. The Persimmion room, which is 840 sq.ft. rents for 150.00

per day.

Many of the guest rooms are decorated with antiques and original pieces

from the IMU's renowned collection of art, providing the cozy feel of a

European Inn.

We would have a group buffet the night of check-in:

sliced ham, turkey and roast beef

swiss and american cheese

lettuce, tomato, pickles and condiments

assorted breads

coleslaw, fruit salad and potato salad

potato chips

coffee and iced tea

cookies or brownies

This is called the Deli Buffet or we can have the Light Side Buffet....It

The Tuesday evening meal we thought could be an ON-YOUR-OWN Meal

Getting together " cook-out " stuff and finding a park.

Piling into the cars and going for Pizza and Beer.

Grab something at IMU and look around, there are lots of interesting things

in this complex.

Flavored sodas, jelly beans, popcorn, candy

Cookies, flavored cappuccinos, frozen yogurt

There is a good size mall not too far from IMU, pile into the cars and go

there.

Indiana University is a beautiful campus, just walking around and enjoying

the sites.

The IMU offers an art gallery, along with art collections throughout the

building, a wonderful bookstore that has 3 floors.

A recreation center that has, 12 bowling lanes, eight pool tables,

eight-ball, video games.

Instructions

To keep the costs down for all of us, we are planning this on our own.

This means that we will need money in reserve, to pay for things in

advance. Everyone will make their own reservations but will need to send

and I money for food and a minimal fee to IMU Conferences to set it

up the way we want.

accordingly to your bill.
