The only thing about making yogurt with breastmilk is that when you heat it up to 185 degrees to sterilize the milk, the good bacteria in the milk is killed but... of course when you add the starter different good bacteria is replaced!! And since human breast milk is actually ment to be eaten by humans it is much easier to digest. Making it into yougurt I think would make it even easier to digest.
