Lately, my loss has slowed and I think this will get me back on a strict track. Has anyone heard about olive oil helping speed weight loss on a low carb plan? We have switched over to specialty meats since chicken, turkey, pork, beef, etc.are new allergies. We can't use any dairy, eggs, cheese. I need some ideas for sauces.
