Guest guest Posted October 13, 1999 Report Share Posted October 13, 1999 Enjoy the variety....La Cream Cheese Pancakes > Start with the cream cheese pancakes: > > 1 8oz block philly cream cheese (8 carbs) > 2-3 eggs (1 carb) > 1 tsp vanilla (trace to 1 carb) > 1 tblsp soy powder or flour (around 2 carbs) > 3 tsp equiv. AS > > mix together and fry in butter > > Filling: > 1/2 cup ricotta cheese(4 carbs) > 1 packet Kool-aid brand, unsweetened Wildberry tea > sweetener to taste > > spread on pancakes and roll. Jello Cheesecake 1 cup water 1 sm box sugar free jello( I like the wild berry sparkling sf jello the best) 2 8 oz. pkgs cream cheese Bring the water to a boil and add the SF jello. I use a wire whisk to mix. Turn the heat off and add the cream cheese. I use the whisk to " chop " it up. It looks chunky, but you just continue to mix and it will soon be as creamy and smooth as pudding. I let it cool alittle and put in the refrigerator to set. I top it with cool whip and it is wonderful. BABY CHEESECAKE DESSERT!! 3 8 ounce packages of cream cheese 5 Packages of Equal 1 TBSP of Vanilla Beat with Electric Mixer Fold in 1 pint ( 2 cups ) of Heavy ( whipping ) cream that has already been whipped separately. Makes 16 servings and has less than 3 grams per serving! Gotta love this one! ~~~ High Protein Dessert 1 cup heavy or whipping cream, whipped 1 to 1 1/2 cups cottage cheese 1 package sugar free Jell-O, any flavor 1 cup chopped unsalted nuts, walnuts or pecans are my favorites (optional) Fold the cottage cheese into the whipped cream. Sprinkle the Jell-O over the top and fold in gently. Store in the refrigerator. If you eat it immediately, it may have a grainy texture, but that will disappear after a half hour or so in the refrigerator. 4 servings *Note: cottage cheese comes in small or lg curd... maybe look for the sm curd FREEZER COOKIES << 2 cups heavy whipping cream and sugar-free fat-free chocolate pudding are the only two ingredients. I just dumped them together in the mixer and whipped them up. Now that is good eating right there, but you scoop them in balls and freeze them. I think they said it makes 50 cookies and they would be 1 carb each. Just like Cookies & Cream(almost) 2 pints heavy whipping cream (24 carb) 1 small pkg. SF/FF white chocolate Jello instant pudding (24 carb) 1 small pkg. SF/FF chocolate Jello instant pudding (24 carb) Mix the white chocolate pudding together with all the cream. Beat on high for 3 minutes. Sprinkle the dark chocolate into the bowl and ever so gently blend just enough to get pockets of chocolate. Refridgerate for 5 minutes and enjoy. Kinda tastes like cookies and cream. The less you mix it the better it is. ------------------------------------------------------- Servings: 10 Carbohydrates/Serving: 7 Lemon Mousse small pk sugar-free lemon jello 0 carbs 1 cup heavy cream 6.6 carbs 1 cup sour cream 8 carb total carbs 14.6 carbs 4 servings at 3.65 Whip all ingredients together until thickens. You can eat it immediately or place it in the frig to firm up. It will be about the consistency of custard. Can serve in parfait glasses layered with layers of whipped cream (must add 6.6 more carbs to the totals if you use 1 more cup) If you want a fluffier dessert, fold this with another cup of whipped cream and is becomes mousse-like.
