Guest guest
BRUSSELS, Belgium -- U.S. MEAT EXPORTS worth more than $100 million a year could be barred from the European Union starting next month after the European Union said if found shortcomings in the way the United States checks for traces of antibiotic residues in MEAT. Washington has until Jan. 31 to persuade the commission ($$$), it has met European concerns on the SAFETY OF ITS MEAT, (???), or the European Union could introduce a blanket ban on Feb. 1, said EU and U.S. officials, who asked NOT to be named. [i bet there is more to this, than just antibiotics]..... Terry/MADSON
