Whoever is doing this is trying to get your childs birth info, which includes his/her mothers maiden name and their social security number, which opens the door for them to get all kinds of stuff in your childs name, credit cards, etc. If there were a class action with Gerber, you would see a commercial on TV about it, just like you do for Phen-fen. Please be careful if you do decide to respond, there is no guarantee that the info. would even be going to Gerber, that could be anyones address, especially since its a P.O. Box.
