ITS DELICIOUS. i made a big whole cauliflower and have been eating some of it every day.one day i had it with " gravy " and my meat.another i melted cheese on it for " au gratin " and yesterday morning i fried it up with a little onion while my kids and BF had hash browns!! it satisfies that urge for something on the plate besides meat and salad... and now..another recipe...anyone every mix up mayo and parmesan( half each) stuff it into mushrom caps and broil?this is an old recipe from my early cooking years,( used to be served on toast squares) delicious!!! you can add a little garlic too. i did....a very good hors'd ouevre for the holidays, i think. i'm off to shop for more cauliflower...i only hope all this cauliflower doesnt give me terrible...well,you know:) have a good day everyone!
