The Official Chat Room Update....extended

Hi all,

Is there anyone who is interested in hosting the chat room during the

morning or afternoon? I have Jill who has volunteered to do it from 9:30

to 11:30 on thursdays. I will do it from 12:30 to 2:30 on tuesdays. This

way people who work in the evenings or are otherwise occupied can

participate. It is an easy way to join in and only takes a couple hours of

your time a week. All you have to do is greet people who come to the chat

room and help them get their handle. Share your cjd experience and try to

answer questions that they have. If they get too technical just refer them

to the physician. We all are very familiar with which doctors to go to.

The chat room is on our homepage.

Go down the left side of the page and click on chat room. Wait about 30

seconds and it will take you right in there.

Now is there anyone who would like to host in the evenings. BTW this is

all on central time. I have Doris Gillette and Dorothy Kraemer who have

volunteered. It doesn't have to be 7:00 to 9:00. Tell me what would work

best for you and we can also figure out the time difference. Pam Hellesto

are you still interested?

I think we will bypass the weekends. We all look forward to the weekends

and I think so does the rest of the world. They have been pretty quiet

everytime I have looked in.

If the person who is going to host the next day would go into the chat room

late at night after everyone has left and put a message on about the time

the next host will be then it will stay on and anyone surfing through can

see it and hopefully come back.

Please think about this and let me know.
