Guest guest
well, guys, I read the article posted on the website early this mroning and went back to bed. I got up at 530 to go pick up my eldest from a school event and just thought I'd peruse the actual article itself. WHAT A DIFFERENCE PRESENTATION MAKES. Obviously, the guy that does their website still holds a grudge and did his damndest to screw us over (I fired his wife several years ago -- the only person I've ever had to fire in 10 years). The actual article takes up all of the front page with the exception of the far-right column on Elian . There are two pictures on the front page, then it continues on Another FULL PAGE with FOUR MORE PICTURES, and a THIRD half page opposite with a diagram depicting the onset of each of our symptoms, the website for our family page, and drawings of both a central line and a gastrostomy tube. The pictures, captions and diagrams help illustrate the situation a great deal. It was beautifully done. In 10 years of living here, I have never seen so much print or pictures put toward a story, any story. That is NOT demonstrated on the website and I will bring it to the attention of the lady that wrote the story-- and be sure to include the fact that person has a personal reason for not wanting our story to get good attention... it actually ends up making the paper not look as good. Anyway, be glad to mail out a copy of the actual paper to anyone that wants it... unfortunately, LOTS of pictures of me, a GREAT pic of Killian's Zevex and several of the rest of the boys were in the actual paper. Steph. __________________________________________________
