For breakfast I usually eat 2 or 3 scrambled eggs with cheddar cheese in them and a few strips of bacon (I eat turkey bacon just for the fact I think it tastes better, don't know if this is bad/good or what). For lunch I usually eat either chicken salad (bonless skinless chicken boiled and then cut up and mixed together with mayo and bits of dill pickle), turkey mayo and cheese rolled up (I sometimes add a little cream cheese to this), or any leftover meat/veggies I had the night before. For dinner I've had things like chicken with a low carb sauce on it, stir fry vegetables (but using a different sauce to cut down the carbs), cornish hens (yummy) or steak. Other than the meat at dinner I'll usually eat a salad with cheese, ranch dressing, and a small amount of bacon pieces. Sometimes I'll force broccoli down if it's covered in cheese (I loathe those mushy gushy vegetables) As I've said before i CANNOT drink 64 oz. of water, so I drink as much as I can stand. I love crystal light's body refreshers in the strawberry tangerine and kiwi flavors. yum yum. I was getting discouraged in my stalls too, mollie, but the great support from this list kicked me back into gear!
