Hi Jean... I'm a slow loser and have to watch my carbs.. but with your

list...

tomato, onion, coleslaw (cant remember what the count was on this.. but I

remember I check out a bag of shreded cabbage and it seemed to have a lot of

crbs in it) all have carbs..particularly the toms and onions ..I know you

have to be careful of celery too.. not too sure about the cukes tho.....La
