I wrote a letter to Dr. Gambetti inviting him to the conference. Here is

his reply:

Thank you for your kind invitation to attend the CJD Voice conference.

Unfortunately, my travel budget is limited and I cannot attend at my

expense. I am willing to make my self available for a teleconference or

for responding to queries by phone for one hour during the conference.

I look forward to hearing from you and thank you again for the invitation.
