With the holidays and frantic entertaining looming before us I'd like to see

everybody's favorite and most requested recipes for first courses and finger

food to serve with cocktails.

Here are a couple of my favs:

Artichoke Ham Appetizers

Amount Measure Ingredient Preparation Method

1/2 lb. tavern ham

1 3 oz. cream cheese with chives

3/4 teaspoon dijon mustard

1 tablespoon sour cream possibly 2 tbsp.

garlic to taste

dry dill sprinkled on

lemon juice to taste

2 jars marinated artichoke bottoms 16-18 bottoms

Chop ham and mix with all other ingredients. Then put into the artichoke

bottoms.
