CJD QUESTIONNAIRE??????????

I suppose the TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH thinks that ANY CJD VICTIMS,

whom died before the DISEASE BECAME REPORTABLE, would not have any

PERTINENT INFORMATION FOR THE CAUSE AND CURE!!! FOR EXAMPLE: I am just

curious how many other victims might have been taking a NUTRITIONAL

SUPPLEMENT WHICH CONTAINED BOVINE BRAIN, EYE, PITUITARY, ETC. SUCH AS MY

NEIGHBORS MOM WAS TAKING. I also read of another person who died from

CJD in 1990 I believe, who was taking such a supplement...QUESTIONS SUCH

AS THIS, SHOULD BE MANDATORY FROM THE STATE................WHERE IS

THEIR HEADS AT????????????WHAT ARE THEY TRYING TO HIDE????????????????
