cheescake pancakes IMPORTANT

Make sure you use the 3EGGS... did mine with 2 tastes fabulous... but very

hard to actually turn over...

Cream Cheese Pancakes/

1 8oz block philly cream chees (8c)... soften

2-3 eggs (1 car?)... USE 3

1 tsp. vanilla

1 Tblsp soy powder/ or flour (abt 2 c) I used soy powder

* wonder if I can use the Atkins or another choc./van. shake mix... will

have to try and let you know..

3 tsp equiv. AS

Mix together and fry in butter (I use oil - cant stand butter frying)

Filling

1/2 c ricotta cheese (4c)

1 koolaid unsweetened Wildberry tea (use use A LITTLE- it goes a loooong

way) to taste

sweetener to taste I used 3 pk SUgar twin

OH... and I didn't have ricotta cheese so i mixed 50/50 sour cream and

creamcheese..

Spred on pancakes..

........
