Guest guest
testing testing testing is this message making it to the new list - suppose i'll find out in a few minutes won't i?!?!?! we've all discussed some of the places that seem to almost insure our rls condition is at its worst - riding in a car/flying/going to the movies/attending a play or going to a concert........having the opportunity to get up and move around or go for a walk in these situations can be 'awkward' BUT i've a new one to add to this list - sad to say. last thursday my dear wonderful next door neighbor and friend passed away - her name was grace and she was 83 years old. the funeral mass was held saturday and i had to sit on a church bench for almost 2 hours - outside aisle of course. well shortly after the priest started the mass the twitches and spasms started and lasted for almost an hour.......the urge to run out of the church was at times overpowering but i sure couldn't do that could i. the symptoms stopped when a man dressed in scotish garb started playing amazing grace on his bagpipes over and over again and my tears took over. JACK partly cloudy and in the low 50's today in western nys It's almost Halloween!!!! Guest guest
It happens to me every Sunday! I have to get up and skulk to the back where I can stand and rock. That is unless the minister has something really riviting to impart during his message. CHEERS! and the weather here in Poultney (on the edge facing Noo Yawk) is simply beautiful!! Guest guest
Jack, Even though the conditions of your restless leg attack was, to say the least, bad timming it did give me a chuckle. My brand of humor I guess!! Whether the song helped (one of my favorites by the way) it does make one aware that rls is not the end of the world. The good Lord has ways of letting us know that things could be worse even with a sense of humor!! Lee
