Guest guest
Hi, all, and Jill! I take my meds on a preventative schedule. If I let my legs start, I am all done for the night. When I deviate from my schedule is when I REALLY get into trouble! I'm not saying it works all the time, but the med schedule is the only thing that helps me get ANY sleep. I take Valerian root and 50 mg. of Ultram at 2 p.m. at work. If I don't my legs will go nuts sitting at the desk. And I do get up and walk around and do heel lifts at work, also. they think I am nuts, but who cares?? At 6 p.m. at home, I take 1/2 Permax and another n root, and a cup of Tension Tamer tea. At 7 p.m. I take 1/2 Xanax, and do more heel lifts. At 9p.m. I take one Klonopin and the other 1/2 of the Permax. If I deviate from this schedule, I pay for it. I am at the point, right now, that if I do not pay attention to this schedule, I will be up all night with my legs rocking and rolling. I am a firm believer in the preventative process. Getting up at 5:30 a.m. is what drove me to this schedule. Ultram is the only thing I take on an as needed basis, and that is usually at work. I can also throw in an extra n Root capsule as needed.
