RLS: DHA-Joyce

WOw, this is getting confusing. I get the Digest Version of the email

list. That means I get one letter each morning, that has all the letters

from the previous day. BUT...I sometimes get individual copies, if they

people are writing a response to me.

In this case, Joyce sent me a private copy of her question about DHEA vs DHA.

I've already responded to her, and in greater detail than I'll respond here.

BUT..for those who read her question, and might want to see the

answer...I'll post it here, too.

" Yes, Joyce, it's definitely different than DHEA. It's commonly known as

fish oil, but what I'm using is a vegetarian form, called Neuromins...the

name is patented by Martek. "
