Guest guest
HI ALL, I have just been observing the past week of mail & it has been very helpful to me. Finding Jils site was instrumental. about me: my background is I have been a rls sufferer as far back as I can remember & now know I have been severely aflicted all of my life . To say the least all the years I can remember my life has been a complete miserable waste due to rls . I was diagnosed almost 6 yrs now & when the results were told to me they were amazed I was still alive due to the severity of sleep deprivation less than 25 % restoritive sleep on agood nite, every single day of my life. I was also informed from Western Psyc Hosp that I was 98-99 % severity in USA. I am curently disablied due to the extent of rls & maj Dep. I am currently in a bad episode as u say for 4 months straight currently. my meds we are shifting & looking to changes possably soon. I'm 40 yrs of age & my rls is more severe now than when i was 1st diagnosed I can tell. the amount of meds i take my surprise some may not . As of last nite leaving Docs I regularly take on some kind of schedule. For rls 2 ea 25/100 sinement at nite & 10-12 mgs of kolonopin & 200 mgs of wellbutrin instant release a day. But I do believe changes will be hence coming to give me relief. I have read other members plite & can relate unfotunately for me it gets worse. I sleep an average of 10-14 hours aday & when awake completely exhausted, due to lack of restoritive while it seems I am sleeping underneath it all I am not. Well I have said enough for now but will be in touch , I look forwrd to the email from group. If u could , please send me another copy of sleep log for I erased it accedently. thanx Ray , Pittsburgh ,Pa 40 take care speak to u all later . Guest guest
thanks for the welcome, hold the bricks I said it appears I am sleeping but actually I spend most of my sleep in rem stages lessens from 1-4 sleep stages ,actually not getting enough restoritive sleep like us all. I am at a more advanced stage of severity . my social life is this keyboard , I only get out like 2 times aweek for food. My dorinal sleep pattern constantly changes cause I never know when I will be up or down I wish I really got some real sleep.
