Good Morning, Dale!

Welcome to our little group. Regarding your question about leg and foot

pain; my left leg always bothers me, and it is a deep pain always on the

left outer side. I thought this would be taken care of after I had back

surgery a few months ago, but, nooooooo! the sciatic pain is gone,

mostly, though. The pain in my leg is accompanied by little muscle

spasms right under the skin, and tingling, and just a general ache. But

I have no pain in my foot.

Are you on any meds and how bad is you RLS? The pain in my leg is worse

when the RLS is rocking and rolling.

I am sure you will get a lot of responses to this one, as it seems a lot

of us are in pain all the time. Aren't we a fun bunch? Glad you found

us.

Good thoughts to you,

Donna/Vt/42

Dale,

Welcome to the group, so glad to have you!!! I too have pain and cramps in my

legs mostly, but sometimes it will randomely pick a spot to create havoc.

Sometimes mine has become so severe I had to ask my doc for something that

would at least take the edge off (if I can catch it early enough). She has

given me both percocet and darvocet to help. They do work, but I did hate to

add another drug to my already growing arsonal of medications.

Hope you can find something that will help. I know there are several

different approaches to rls and its cure (?) so I know you will get as many

different answers as there ways to deal with the pain. Just remember what

works for some one doesn't always work for another. Good luck in your search.

Lee
