I put a soothing CD in my player, hook it up to the sound pillow and by concentrating on listening to it I usually fall asleep before the CD gets past the first two tracks. Of course I take my Permax before bed so that helps too. I also like the Tension Tamer Tea. A long real warm soak in the tub before bed will usually quiet the legs too. CHEERS!
