HAL!!! What the heck are you talking about, Dear??? Too strong makes it

work LESS???? No kidding???? I haven't heard that one, yet. But thanks

for sharing it. I'll add it to my list of ways " this may affect each of us

differently " . LOL

I, too, have found that I wouldn't want to use the tea every night. It's

just an aid to relaxation, I think...it's not a cure. And it seems the

body almost sees it coming and finds way to counteract it, after a while.

It's like raising kids. You have to be consistent in general...but ya

gotta throw them a curve ball once in a while, or they see ya coming. :)

Another idea...if the tea idea works, is to check out other similar

supplements. Celestial Seasonings (which I have NO stock in and am NOT

promoting or getting kick backs from....it's just the only ones I am

familiar with *smile*) has a couple of Tension Tamer supplements. If you

find them, be careful. The ingredients are different than the tea. AND,

there's a small bottle and a large bottle which actually have different

ingredients. I've written to CS and pointed out how confusing it all is.

After I wrote, though, I got to thinking about how there used to be one

Benadryl..and it was synonymous with " antihistamine " . Now, you can't just

reach for Benadryl, or you might get their decongestant version. The

lession is...READ THE LABELS!!!!!!!!!! On the CS supplements, they have

Ultimate Blend, and Unique Blend. Also confusing, that they both start

with a " U " . I have also had success with their Tension Tamer Ultimate

Blend supplements...alternating nights when I use it, rather than the tea.

My brother bought Tension Tamer supplements, per my suggestion, because he

hates tea....and he managed to get the Tension Tamer Unique Blend. They

apparently worked great for him. So...go figure. But read carefully.
