Sorry Dr. Levin but I don't have your address and I would like to have your

advice on dosage. I've been on Permax now for more than a year. I take 2 tabs

of 0.05 mg at 10 PM before bed and 2 tabs at 3 PM. Sometimes in the morning

when I have to sit passively for awhile I'll take 1 tab but it doesn't really

help that much. By the afternoon when I take the 2 tabs I am already in the

throes of RLS and it takes several hours before I can relax and the legs calm

down. I would really like to be more comfortable during the day if possible but

I'm afraid that if I take any more Permax than I'm taking now I'll have rebound

or augmentation or is that what I'm NOW having during the day. I'm so confused

and don't mean to kvetch but I really would like to hear from you as to whether

you'd advise me taking 2 tabs during the morning to get me through till 3 PM.

Would that maybe keep that level of " stuff " in my brain that's needed to keep me

normal until time for the 3 PM dose?

CHEERS and OI!!
