Dose: Send 1 to the group, next time you spot a tense/sleep deprived post

Just post one letter with a pill in it.

Warning!!! Be sure to note that the pill is for the whole, not the letter

writer. It's a reminder for all of us to get up, walk around, chill out,

and maybe think a few times before posting a response. It's like saying,

" Look out! In-coming tension builder!!!! "

Best if administered with a hug, sent privately to the person who wrote the

letter. Cyber hug = (((((name of person)))))

Of course, I'm not a prescription meds person...LOL...but I promise to

swallow this one if anyone sends it on account of something I write. It'll

go down hard, but I'll behave and swallow.

This was just a silly idea that came to mind. Who knows..it might even

help. But...I'm fully prepared for Jodi to say, " Are you kidding me? Do

you KNOW what a mess this will make of our list?????? " So, if that

happens....just keep it to private letters, or remember it as a good laugh

for today. You're the judge, Jodi.

Neat idea about the hug, we can all use a hug more often...who would object to

that?!!!!!

I an getting the neuromins and will start them tomowrrow. I sure hope they

work, I am about at the end of my rope with these legs and sleepless nights!!!

I'll keep you posted on how they are doing.
