Guest guest
Dear Gracious Friends: No tombstone for me! My new wonderful breast surgeon advised me that the person who aspirated my breast should have left one certain area alone. Because they aspirated the area and left no trace of the sight she cannot see where to even excise the area. She is concerned about what she see's from all the films but will not " cut blind " on me. The outcome is to WAIT(jeese I hate waiting for anything). The waiting period is to see if the cells multiply in a certain time frame, and how many cells if any return. She also adivsed me the previous surgeon should have never even said the word cancer until he had an actual piece of the area and not just fluid, because the fluid can contain " abnormal " cells just from the aspiration it self. She did however say the area is suspicious and is going to watch it by sonogram once a month.(Insurance will love that). So I'm keeping my chin up and showing off my new bleached teeth today even though I must wait out the game of wondering and waiting. I am going to be confident and aggressive as I usually am in this approach because I feel more comfortable with someone who, will not to cut if you can't see what your going after. I thank all of you for your support, your mail, your prayers and Jill those " OH MY GOD SUCKERS! " I'm sucking with a grin tonite baby! I'm not in the clear yet but I'm confident I'm gonna get to 47! What a great number , and I'm lookijng forward to getting there!LOL/yeah right! A very happy Joyce Elaine Skowrunski -Councill-Popp (Too long for a tombstone anyway!) My legs can jump all they want tonight, I won't complain.
