sleep sitting

Wow, , that surprised me to read your letter about sitting in the

middle of sleeping and not knowing it. I do this also, as well as my

partner. My partner has done this forever, sits up in bed and rocks and

rocks, snoring away. I didn't start doing it till recently, but

especillaly if I am sleeping hard like after taking something, I wake up

in all kinds of unusual positions, like up on one arm, etc. ( maybe that

is why my muscles are so bad lately!) But my partner has never been on

any thing for sleep, and still does it. Does some periodic movement

with her arms, but I dont know if this is due to PLMD or her carpal

tunnel syndrome.

i vote for the egg - for without the egg there would be no

chicken............wait a minute - i changed my mind. i vote for the

chicken for without the chicken there would be no egg...........I'M SO

CONFUSED!!!!!!!
