Eve,

Please, PLEASE........do not be upset about sending your letter to the group.

This is the last thing in the world that you need to having upsetting your

day. I'm sure I speak for every person in this group when I say that no one

is upset about this. This is a very loving and supportive group and actually,

what you did was to stir up more good vibrations and wishes and prayers for

you than you could possibly EVER imagine!

Don't be embarrassed about this.......remember that you really have your

anonymity here. This is the internet....no one is involved in your personal

everyday life. We are connecting in our minds only, without all the other

distractions.....you can open up and bare your soul if you choose, and give

people a chance to help you. Now, you probably have about 200

psychiatrists.........and you don't have to pay a cent!

We all live in fear of this type of depression because of our sleeping

problems, so you have just given us a glimpse into that world, and a reason to

try even harder for ourselves. I honestly feel that you did us a

favor.........:-)

Put it away, Hon.........dismiss it completely.........it's not worth even

mentioning. Go to your doctor's appointment and then come home and work on

Eve.......Get involved in something and have yourself a happy day........and

remember, only one hour at a time on the computer.......:-)
