Guest guest
Hi group: Arriving back late from a business meeting, I bumped into Mum going walk-about at about 1:15 am. So of course I had a chat, and she was really quite alert. From the debris in the kitchen, we worked out that this was probably the second walk-about of the night so far. So we made out a sheet of paper, put 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, down the page, filled in midnight (guess) and 1:15 am for 1 and 2, and left the others blank to be filled in if she came downstairs again. So, in the morning, the walk-about timetable said midnight, 1:15 am, 2:25, 3:10, 4:20, 6:00. I took her a cup of tea around 8:30 am. With that sort of sleep, is it to be expected that she's going to feel tired and groggy during the day? That's a serious question. Just how bad would that hit someone, if it went on night after night? Colin in England
