Guest guest
Why aren't restaurants required to post ingredient listings like packaged foods products are? I think they need an ingredient "menu" inside the regular menu. Hmmmm, wonder how we could make that a reality? Any ideas? I am not sure what we can do about it though Alyssa Restaurants Why aren't restaurants required to post ingredient listings like packaged foods products are? Guest guest
Before I started the diet, like 3 weeks ago I ate everything in sight. I ate really well but also ate a lot of bread and pizza and fast food. I even ate nuts and raw salad. I had normal BMs and only went like once a day, sometimes 2. Somehow I just got bad while starting the diet. It's really weird. Maybe a coincidence. I only had almond flour once and didn't seem to get worse from that. Guest guest
I've heard that sometimes people doing a certain treatment will get worse before getting better. Hopefully, things will turn around for you soon. I would still get the testing done, just so you can see what you're looking at. I used to think that I had no allergies or sensitivities. To my surprise, when I got tested, it turned out that I was allergic and sensitive to pretty much everything I ate. I just didn't recognize the symptoms, which were things like headaches, tiredness, dizziness, feeling depressed, etc. Marilyn SCD 3 months Restaurants >> >> >> > I'm still avoiding restaurants. Guest guest
Dina, Just pack your own food and go out with your friends. Isolating yourself will only make you feel worse. Your friends will be understanding. And as long as the rest of your party is ordering food, I doubt the restaurant will say anything to you. I always just say that my boys have multiple food allergies and places are fine with that. What are you eating now and how did you start the diet?
