not more, than your doc. Then come back and ask what you don't

understand. It's a lot easier for me to refer you to these excellent

, The difference between the 2 are is RLS occurs during wake

hrs. Around 80% of RLS suffers suffer PLMD,that occurs when u finaly get

to sleep & movement continues as u sleep in turn interferes with

restoritive sleep. When I do get say 12 hrs sleep, actually it like I am

only getting 3 hrs of sleep to an average persons sleep pattern. That is

what a sleep lab was able to uncover. That info was also helpful in

demonstrating to SS of the disabilitating effect the severity of my

situation Ray 40 Pa
