For me the sleep lab was able to uncover that I had RLS & PLMD. The

severity of my diagnoses almost made the record books from what I was

informed.The degree of RLS & PLMD was so profund that the sleep

instruments were able to pick up my movements ( which were 550-950 a

nite ) Dr. levin my be able to explain much better than I the effects

that it has on me ) I have severe spasms & pains awake & when I

sleep.The only reason I do sleep alot is due to the fact of mere

exhaustion. I actually recieve very little restoritive sleep when I am

sleeping. I basicly put it as I am a sleeping insomniac. Ray 40 Pa
