Carol:

The Southern California RLS Support Group has a wonderful site with all of

the most commonly prescribed medications along with the usual dosages of

each that are prescribed for RLS treatment. (http://surf.to/rls). I have

also created a page of commonly used medications and linked each med with a

site on the internet that gives all of the information about the drug,

including side effects, interactions and other information about the drug

Hope this helps.

Hi Carol,

I've been taking Neurontin for 1 1/2 years, after having been on Xanax and

Klonopin for 4 years. Neurontin (1200 - 1600 mg. taken 1 hour before bed)

pretty much calms the RLS down enough to be able to sleep through the night,

and there is no drug hangover, or other side effects near as much as I can

tell. Only it's *REAL* expensive so hope you have a better Rx plan than I

do.
