A brief question for any who may have an answer.

" Is there a medical difference between small (hand, arm and leg) twitches

while sleeping and the larger movement of PLMS " and

" Is there a difference in the amount of disturbed sleep that each causes? "

Only a sleep study can answer those questions for an individual patient.
