rls - its a small world

i was having a nice thanksgiving meal with my girlfriend and her family

trying my best not to start twitching and stuff - sat in an outside chair

of course knowing that the extra leg room would help WHEN my girlfriend

asked her brother (who's a physician) if he's ever heard of restless leg

syndrome - he said not only has he read up on rls and is very familiar with

it but he has a mild case..........that of course led to an interesting

thanksgiving period of conversation and then i mentioned that i was taking

neurontin which was helping although once or twice a day i'd have my

moments of rls spasms WHEN his wife suddenly joined in with much interest

telling us that she was overjoyed that the neurontin was helping and that

the demand for the drug was exploding - found out that she's the director

of worldwide regulatory affairs in the chemistry manufacturing and controls

section for parke-davis (just love those job titles - should be worth alot

of extra $$$). i just can't avoid rls no matter where i go!!!!!!!!
