Guest guest
Dear June, I also have horrible sensitivity when it comes to anything touching my skin. I have to but loose clothing and God forbid if anyone touches my leg!! For some reason, these sensations d/t the sensitivity cause my leg(s) to jerk, but usually it starts a PAIN reaction that is like a ricochet and ends up with my hip going nuts!! Sometimes I will wrap up my legs with an ace bandage-starting from the ankle going up,wrapping it FIRMLY, not tight. This will help the sensations not to occur and if it's already started, it will calm it down signifigantly. The weather also can play a part,ie; such as a breeze across the legs, to include the heat and/or the cold. Maybe someone else also has these sensations and maybe Dr. Levin may also have the answers. I've asked my Neuro and he doesn't know. In the mean time, as winter comes to us, keep those legs warm Thanks le 37 R.I.
