This was sent to me and I thought I'd pass it along, although, this man I saw 10 years or so go and he insisted I start wearing AFO's! My own personal experience with him was not good, he didn't listen, and has quite an ego! When: Saturday, January 22, 1999 • 1:00PM to 3:30PM Where: Zion Lutheran Church / meeting room 301 N. Isabel Ave., Glendale, CA 91206 (page 564 - F3 in Guide) What: Proper Bracing for the Lower Extremities for people with CMT. His presentation will be to show existing Lower Extremity orthoses and discuss each of their assets and liabilities. He will also bring in some ToeOFF braces and will discuss these new orthotics. The participants should be able to know how to determine the optimum orthosis for their particular condition or be able to understand enough that they could intelligently discuss their case with their Physician and Orthotist.
